Free, open, two-hour workshops in the community — no registration fee, no prior experience, anyone may attend.
What it is
An open two-hour workshop, run regularly and free to attend. Bring nothing. You will not be asked to share anything you do not want to share, and nobody will sell you anything at the end.
What happens in the room
A short framing, a practical exercise you do on paper, a structured conversation in pairs, and a close. Most people leave with one specific thing they are going to try that week.
