Seventh Door

Coaching & personal transformation

Six doors are familiar. The seventh is the one you have not opened yet.

We work with people standing at a turning point — a career, a relationship, a version of themselves they have outgrown — and help them take the first real step.

How we work

Three things that shape every engagement

Start where you actually are

No scripts and no ten-step formula. The first conversation is about understanding your situation honestly, including the parts that are inconvenient to say out loud.

Small steps, held accountable

Transformation is not a weekend. We break the change into steps you can actually take this week, and we stay with you while you take them.

Nobody is turned away for cost

As a foundation, a portion of every programme is funded. If the fee is the only thing standing between you and the work, tell us.

Areas of work

Four ways to work with us

Every route starts with the same free discovery call.

Getting started

What actually happens next

  1. 1

    Book a discovery call

Thirty minutes, free, on a video call. You talk, we listen, and we tell you honestly whether we are the right people for this.

  2. 2

    Agree a plan together

We propose a format — one-to-one, group, or a workshop — with a clear duration, rhythm and fee before anything begins.

  3. 3

    Do the work, with support

Regular sessions, written reflections between them, and someone in your corner who remembers what you said last month.

Stories

In their words

“I came in wanting a new job. I left having fixed the thing that would have followed me into the new job.”

“Eight strangers on a video call knew more about what I was avoiding than people I have worked with for a decade.”

Why a foundation, not a coaching business

Good coaching tends to reach the people who already have access to it. We were set up to widen that — to keep a serious standard of practice while making it reachable for people who would never have thought of coaching as something meant for them.

That shapes how we work. Fees are tiered. A share of every programme is funded from donations and from our paid organisational work. Our community workshops are free and open to anyone who turns up.

The first step is a conversation, not a commitment.

A discovery call costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
