What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you give us. When you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com and they collect your name, email and chosen slot.
We also use Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. It records anonymised, aggregate usage — not who you are.
Why we collect it
Solely to reply to you and to arrange and deliver coaching. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Who can see it
Enquiries go to the Foundation's official inbox and are read by the team. Anything shared inside a coaching session is confidential and is not recorded against your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will.
Third parties we use
- Web3Forms — delivers the enquiry form to our inbox.
- Cal.com — handles booking and calendar invites.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us there.
- Google Analytics — anonymised usage statistics.
