What it is
We work with organisations on leadership transitions, team dynamics and individual coaching for senior staff. It is the same practice, applied in a workplace, and it is delivered to the same standard as everything else we do.
Why this matters to the Foundation
This is our funding model. Organisational work is charged at a commercial rate, and the surplus pays for funded one-to-one places and the free community workshops. Engaging us for your team directly widens who else gets reached.
Formats
- Team workshop — half or full day, facilitated, with a written follow-up.
- Leadership coaching retainer — one-to-one coaching for a group of leaders, billed monthly.
- Programme design — we build and run a coaching programme inside your organisation and train your people to sustain it.
