Areas of work
Group programmes
A cohort of eight to twelve people moving through the same structured programme together, over eight weeks.
What it is
Eight weeks, one cohort, one theme. A group programme gives you the structure of a curriculum and something a one-to-one cannot — a room of people who are equally uncomfortable and equally committed.
What a cohort covers
Each cohort runs on a theme: Beginning again after a setback, Stepping into leadership, or Deciding. The sequence is fixed but the material is yours; the work each week is applied to your own situation, not a case study.
Why a group works
You will hear your own excuses in someone else’s mouth. That is uncomfortable and it is the point. Cohorts also tend to keep meeting long after the programme ends.
What it costs
Replace with the real fee and the funded-place policy.
